The STS416C Lower is modeled specifically after the ultra-compact HK 416C, Heckler & Koch’s prototype Personal Defense Weapon (PDW) variant featuring a 9″ barrel and retractable stock. Cleared from six months of laser scanning and CMM analysis of HK 416C/MR556 lowers, this billet receiver mirrors the exact form, fit, and finish of the original HK 416C design

Why Billet? Why It Takes Time

Since HK forgings ceased, our billet-machined 7075 T6511 receiver undergoes a highly intricate machining and deburring process to replicate the forged contours of the HK 416C. This extreme precision demands both time and craftsmanship—but the result is strikingly authentic.
